How does it make edgehook easier? o.o

I've tested this map and found it very hard.
Mapper knew what needed to be done, and already fixed it.
It is releasable (Brutal 4*) after the two following tiny mistakes are fixed. Regs

As I can see on some of the screens TELETO needs to be lifted one tile up, second tee gets violently thrown upwards this way.
