Copyright is not about preventing others to earn money with copyrighted material. It prevents others to use this material in cases of unlawful use specified in copyright.

No bot detection should be trusted. Detection can be only taken as a sign for mods to give a closer look to a detected player. That's why bot detection, which is already included in zCatch/TeeVi, is only shown to mods.
