UPD: I tried to play in borderless window it feels less smooth :s

After updating client it works but my fps is getting low by the time. Usually it was ~1000 always, but after update is 300 and in half hour it feels like 30 fps. I tried to change buffer snd to higher rate - not helped. Tried to change cl_refresh_rate to 0 or 1000 or whatever - doesn't affect my fps...
