DDNet has no accounts, so removing your account is not possible. This forum is phpBB, and after googling it seems they don't support removing accounts by default. The DDNet client comes with a map_extract executable. Simply drag the map file into map_extract and all graphics and sounds are extracted.

I usually choose this starting time since it's the time when DDNet has the most players online worldwide. Moving it to a different time now will also confuse people, some will show up at the wrong time. Increasing the time window will probably make the tournament boring.

This sounds a lot like antiping or your connection having jitter, maybe your ISP changed something (for the worse) recently. Try ctrl-shift-d ctrl-shift-g and take a screenshot of the graph. Have you tried setting up a LAN server?

What is actually preventing you from making changes to fix it? Vanilla compatibility? How many people are actually playing with a vanilla client? Do we need to care? Compatibility with Vanilla and every single other client out there as well as having no developers active enough to do such a rework....
