Since 10.12.2017 can't change map on RUS servers in some cases (can't trace the dependence) with teehistorian close error https://i.imgur.com/eSCmRQR.png Since 11.12.2017 can't join to any RUS servers (except blocker and 2 more) or can't move if already joined. Maybe RUS server must be restarted?..
